- When you make a booking through Myfiness , we will help facilitate the services for you. Once the service is done the Fees you pay to our service company partners are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company on a going-forward basis. You are liable for any and all taxes (except taxes based on our income).
- Myfitness may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on the website 10 days in advance, but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of rates and fees
- Myfiness cannot be held responsible for the unlawful acts of service partners and users.
- Myfitness checks the backgrounds of service company partners both directly and indirectly via third-party background check services. However, each user should exercise common sense and caution to protect its personal safety and property, just like you would when faced with any person who you do not know. The users agree to hold free from the liability for any damages and/or missing items during or after using the service
- Myfitness will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website (e.g. a credit card or cash). If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorisation of your credit card account prior to your purchase.
- If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.
- If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to info@myfiness.ae We reserve the right to levy a certain charge up to AED 100 to cover any relevant administrative expenses.
- Customers using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Myfiness has the right to apply penalties to its service provider partners in the case of damage to the houses or house interiors in order to protect the community. However, what happens to the client’s belongings and house interiors during the inhouse session is solely the client’s responsibility. is not responsible for houses and interiors during the process of getting into the house or getting out of the house.Service company partners or are not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during any session.
- If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or/and invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be kept in full force and effect. may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms and Conditions and its rights and obligations without consent.
- Myfitness will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- My fitness will send messages via Whatsapp, SMS, email or notifications as means of communication for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.
- Myfitness is a booking platform that acts as an aggregator for different types of Fitness and wellness services. The services are, including but are not limited to, personal training, Yoga, Sports Massage, Stretching, Running etc. Myfitness has contracts with 3rd party partners that are licensed by the relevant authorities.
- The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency
We accept payments online using Visa, and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other currency agreed).
Refund/Cancelation/Return policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and in case of cash, credit will be added to the wallet and subject to the T&C.
Refund Process
Any refund request due to service delivery or service quality reasons will be done upon investigation only. Refunds will be done in the form of credit which you will be able to use for your future service on our platform.
Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so by going to the website/app and cancel the bookings 24 hours before the service start time. Any cancellation less than 24 hours from service start time will not be considered.
If you paid by credit card or debit card ,and you have canceled in accordance with this above clause then we will reverse the authorisation or process a refund transaction and the amount will reflect in your back as per the policy of your bank.
Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy
We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our service providers’ work while they are on duty.
Here are the 3 methods we use in maintaining the quality checks:
- Unannounced Visit – To ensure trainers/coaches are properly uniformed and perform their duties thoroughly and completely.
- On-Site Inspection – A walk-thru with the trainers/coaches and/or the client during regular business hours.
- Follow-up – A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.
Reporting occurred issues
Any issues with the services have to be reported within 24 hours.
